Need to make a return?
We hope you never have to return any of your clothes, but here at Rosebud Bloom Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and we understand that occasionally you may need to return a purchase.
After you have received your items, inspect them to make sure there are no defects, wrong item(s) sent, or if something is missing. If any of these things happen, please email us within 2 business days at email@example.com and we will get it corrected for you!
We do not issue refunds. All online purchases are available for store credit only. You have a 10-day window from time of shipment to return your items for store credit.
The customer is responsible for returning shipping cost and tracking information. Please return with USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag and will have your order number on it. Shipping for return items is non-refundable unless we goofed and the mistake was ours, therefore the buyer is responsible for the shipping.

- We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment. The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
- Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the fulfillment date. Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
- All items must be in perfect condition to be eligible for a refund. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
- All tags must still be attached to the item.
- Once we receive your item for return, please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing. If an item is ineligible for a return and it is included, we will have to send back the ineligible item to you and you will be charged for shipping. A shipping invoice via email for the ineligible item(s). You are responsible for paying the invoice within 7 business days after it is emailed. If the shipping invoice is not paid, the ineligible return will be donated. We will attempt to contact you 2 times before donating.
- FINAL SALE & FLASH SALE items are NOT eligible for returns. Bodysuits, swimsuits, accessories, hats/beanies, and any items purchased during a sale including live sales are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website or in-store. Store Credit does not expire.
- Once an Order is placed, it is NOT ABLE TO BE CANCELLED. The items can be Returned for Store Credit.

Every item runs differently, therefore, there is no size chart that will work for certain for every person! Pay special attention to the product description where we note if items run small, large, or are true to size. If you have questions about a certain topic email us - Help@rosebudbloom.com.
If you need something 2 day or overnight, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to get it to you when you need it.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or an undeliverable address.
All our shipments include Tracking. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
